All Neph Elite rules are strictly enforced.

The first violation will be an automatic demotion by one rank as applicable for 2 weeks. If the violator does not commit another violation during the 2 week period of demotion, a vote will be held by Neph Elite leaders and 2 Generals to determine whether original rank should be restored or the current rank is maintained. Majority vote will rule.
If demotion is not applicable, such as the violator’s rank is member, than a 2 week probation period will apply. If a second violation doesn’t occur during the 2 week probation period, then the violator will be removed from probation and restored as a full alliance member.
Regardless of rank, if a second violation occurs during the demotion or probationary period a vote for expulsion from the alliance will be held by Neph Elite leaders and two Generals (as described above). Majority vote will rule.

Neph Elite rules and Policies: (when not at war)

 1. All Neph Elite members must remain active. If you are going to be way for more than 48 hours, Notify both leaders by email. The chat box is not the place for an away notification. Failure to properly notify may result in a vote for expulsion. This is a game and we understand that you have a real life but inactive players are detriment to the alliance, especially if unexplained.

2. The Neph Elite leaders will appoint a General who will be solely responsible for all invites of recruitment. Contact this General if you have a player you wish to be recruited.

3. Follow the Chain of Command (CoC). Many problems are caused by stepping out of the designated CoC and can be avoid by not doing so.

The Neph Elite Co- leaders is as follows:

 Co-leaders :  bzerker777 & AceofWizards

Ambassadors of Diplomacy:  AceofWizards & bzerker777

4. Mass Email and Chat Box will be used to coordinate attacks, requests for help, give advice, and just to chat with each other.

5. This is a game of attacks and defends. Have fun but follow the Neph Elite motto Glory with Honor.

6. Teamwork is essential, including support and resource sharing. Asking for help with resources is allowed and encouraged.

7. All players should complete tasks that award Experience Points (XP) so they can level up and unlock essential buildings quickly. ALL Neph Elite members, regardless of rank or level, are expected to focus on defense over offense. All your Castles, Outposts (OPs), and Resource Villages (RVs) must maximize defense strategy, troops, towers, gates, and tools at all walls.

8. Post ALL espionage and combat reports. Espionage Reports (more commonly known as spy reports) and battle Reports (CRs) for Robber Baron Castle (RBCs) are not necessary to post. When in doubt about whether a planned attack is proper or not, contact your CoC for advice BEFORE spying or attacking. Remember, most players consider a spy mission as a prelude to battle and may conduct a pre-empive attack if a spy mission is known.

9. ALWAYS select “make your attacks visible to all players”. Failure to do so is a violation and will be dealt with accordingly. This is the only way to make sure “mistake attacks” are prevented.

10. Loopholes in Neph Elite rules are not to be exploited. Just because a rule isn't written or clarified yet does not give the right to abuse loopholes. If you are unsure of a rule, it is your responsibility to ask the Neph Elite CoC.

11. Loophole Clarification: ***Neph Elite does NOT attack Kingdom of Neph family or Neph Elite allies. However, allies of allies may be fair game. For Instance: If Neph Elite has a pact with Alliance A, and Alliance A has a pact with Alliance B, Neph Elite may still attack Alliance B. In this situation it is best to seek advice with your CoC BEFORE spying or attacking.

12. You may attack any player within 10 levels of your level. Do NOT attack the same player twice in 48 hours. Do not attack the same alliance twice in 48 hours. Do NOT conduct multiple member attacks unless approved. Make sure another Neph Elite member hasn’t attacked the player or alliance you plan on attacking with-in the last 48 hours. Do NOT attack Kingdom of Neph family or Neph Elite allies, alliances with a Non-Aggression Agreement (NAA), or any parent/brother/sister alliance of Kingdom of Neph or Neph Elite allies or NAA.
***Do your research BEFORE attacking any player. Check diplomacy, alliances, affiliations, strength, activity, etc. of the player you plan on attacking. When in doubt ask a General for advice. Wars have been started because a Neph Elite member failed to do proper homework before attacking.

13. All players over level 42 are fair game for all levels to attack. The reason for this is by level 42 all players have had the opportunity to build a Research Tower and gain access to Veteran attack and defense troops. As such, Level 42 players should be able to properly mount a defense against a level 60. However, be careful of a major Honor Point difference as that could be regarded as bullying. Also, keep this in mind for your own defense stratedgy once you reach level 42.

14. Attacking Neph allies or NAAs will be dealt with quickly and harshly. No excuses! Do your research before ALL attacks. When in doubt contact your Neph Elite CoC for further guidance.

15. Neph Elite does not and will not tolerate any bullying or scare tactics to members of Neph Elite , our sub-alliances, our pact alliances, or their sub-alliances.

16. No Bullying: No bullying is defined as multiple attacks on the same target by the same attacker or multiple alliance members within 1 week. Do not send out a disrespectful e-mail to anyone. Disrespectful emails are defined as threats, belittling, trash-talk, harassment, etc. Do not demand resources in exchange for not attacking. Foul or abusive language will not be tolerated.

17. No Cheap shots. Cheap shots include many issues such as but not limited to:
Attacking under developed castles such as a new castle in other empires.

No tag teaming/double teaming another player unless approved by Neph Elite leaders or General.

18. A Neph Elite members may attack 2 or more of an alliance castles simultaneously, as it is a strategy and allowed. What this means is a single player can attack 2 or more members of the same alliance simultaneously but a single player cannot attack a member of an alliance, then the same member or another member of the same alliance again the next day, again the following day, etc.. If you do an alliance attack today, and attack another member of the same alliance tomorrow, and again the next day, etc., that is bullying the alliance and not allowed. Simultaneous attacks on an allaince by an attacker are conducted primarily when other alliance members are nearby and the attacker wants to keep those players from sending aid to his alliance member. By attacking multiple castles of the same alliance simultaneously than each player being attacked will need to keep their troops at their own castle in order to defend themselves.

19. If someone attacks you fairly and follows Neph Elite guidelines of attacks and bullying or cheap shots aren't involved, then a retaliation attack is acceptable and expected. This is a game of war so expect to be attacked. For retaliation attacks, all Neph Elite attack rules still apply. If a Neph Elite member is attacked and the attack is dishonorable to any Neph Elite member, that member is to contact the Neph Elite CoC Leaders & Generals immediately for advice.

20. Every alliance has members that quit the game and goes into ruins Neph Elite’s philosophy is that when a player’s castle goes into ruins their OPs and RVs aren’t automatically available to attack and occupy. Neph Elite members must consider the alliance the player in ruin was with before ruin. The original alliance has first claim to OPs and RVs. If the original alliance doesn’t claim or occupy said OPs and RVs than it is back to the first come first serve rule. It is ALWAYS best to check with the original alliance to determine their intentions for the ruin OPs and RVs BEFORE launching an occupation attack.

*** WAR *** Neph Elite RULES FOR THE REGULATION OF EACH WAR WILL BE DECLARED AT TIME OF

WAR DECLARATION BY THE Neph Elite CoC.

The Neph Elite CoC will try diplomacy between the warring alliances first. If diplomacy fails, Neph Elite CoC may decide to intervene via a declared or undeclared War.
In war, many  rules are changed or altered so check with your Nae CoC as needed and BEFORE any action is taken in error. The job of ALL Neph Elite members is to ensure that playing this game is fun and not a costly hindrance. All members are expected to avoid wars if at all possible. However, Neph Elite will not back away from war if Neph Elite or any Neph Elite members are wronged, insulted, or dishonored. Additionally, Neph Elite will not back away from war if any allainces to Kingdom of Neph family or Neph Elite subs call for  Neph Elite's assistance or war is just unavoidable. If you are unsure if a certain case calls for war contact your Neph Elite CoC.
